We are two sisters trying to set up a company together. As our dream is humongous, I thought its worth giving it a try to blog about it for so many reasons, let me share with you a few of them in the next few days so you can understand where we come from, and a vague idea of our backgrounds too.

About us:
Y: Living in HK now, for a little over a year. Used to live and work in Tokyo, where Japanese food and culture was given, doh. Appreciating even more, the delicate and sensitive art to Japanese services and cuisine, now that it is harder to get.
R: Living in the heart of Tokyo, where everything perfect, beautiful, and delicious are accessible at a hand's reach. With 3 other mouths to fill everyday, busily scouring around the markets and trying new restaurants is her main job.
