So now, enough about WHY we are blogging (don't want to waste both our times), onto WHAT we are going to blog about.
There's not much we can tell you at this moment but as far as I know, it's about us, Y and R trying to set up a company in Japan, and aiming high. Pretty high that is. There will be no rules on what we can blog about except for our unique idea (we can't give that away THAT easily!!), so we suggest you stay tuned. There might be hints here and there. We might be traveling quite a bit, doing market research and speaking to the locals or service providers. We will also be eating a lot, popping into markets and restaurants, and cooking too. You can just read it as a travel blog, or a food blog. You take it as you wish, as again, there are no rules to this blog.
Disclaimer : we are not tech savvy, so if we go silent for a long time, it means we have an issue and don't know how to fix it. Be patient, we'll re-appear sometime.
Well thanks for reading our first bit... Wish us luck on our new adventure and hope you enjoy it as well as we do! Let's start up a company and aim high!

Challenge: Marketing?
Do we know anything about marketing? Not really. On the scale of 1-10 it's probably around 2.5, and I'm not being modest (I'm rather too optimistic). But on the other hand we think marketing is not strictly A formula, but it's so ever evolving as well. Ok, so maybe blogging right from the beginning, where we are at zero level and we all experience our adventure together, us and the readers, it might give our future customers a sense of shared success (or failure)! Let's give it a try. This now, then is our first basic challenge of marketing.

Challenge: 1+1=INFINITY?
There's a limit for us to exceed in our capabilities. We have been told that 1+1 can be 3 or 4 in the past. But that's not enough, our goal is gigantic! So by us taking few minutes out of our schedules occasionally and blogging what's going on, we might get even more information and support from our audiences. This might be a wishful thinking but I am a firm believer in sharing and even if we don't get what we want, maybe our visitors might benefit something from us, and help them learn from what we've already experienced. That's why we welcome feedback and ideas to make our dream come true.

Challenge: How well do we know about each other?
Yes, we grew up as two sisters, born from the same parents, but those almost three years apart did bring us personality differences, and eventually bringing in new families and relationships of our own. We still find new sides of ourselves, and find it amusing, inspiring, and respectful. We still learn from each other. But buried in our daily lives, running around to get stuff done, we might be lost in our own shells and forget to share our tiny thoughts which has potential to grow big with our synergy.
Blogging, we thought, will help us clear our own thoughts, articulate what's on our minds, and overcome the gaps we may have. In the end we are different individuals that share the same dream so we want to share it in details. Oh, and of course it'll give us self monitoring system that we are on track and disciplined, since I can't just barge into my sisters room and shout and scream like we used to.

Challenge: Is The World So Big?
We live in two different cities, but not just cities, different countries. We were always two and eight months year apart in age, have lived in different countries (France, US, Japan, HK) in the past but have been pretty close, mentally and emotionally. Fighting over brownies and borrowing clothes without permission days are over. I think we have matured enough.
It's now a challenge for us how well we communicate with each other to make our dreams come true. Though the physical distance is so vast and can't see each other so often we need to be creative to share every inch of the progress and be aligned to make it happen. Really.
So, on top of skyping, whatsapping, dropboxing, pinteresting, and all software and apps you can think of, we decided to blog about it. To overcome the challenge of distance.
